- Utilizes the decision support applications provided by SSM Health Care-St. Louis for clinical decision making, including Premier CA, CMS Hospital Quality Incentive, MHA, JCAHO, and other healthcare benchmarking standards and tools, to provide actionable clinical analysis.
- Prepares reports for clinical comparisons throughout the network in various systems and with the available clinical comparative databases nationally for goals and in process measures.
- Created report writing and maintains database queries to data mine in systems such as HBOC, Trendstar, HDM and EPIC Clarity Databases. Recognized as a valuable resource for this skill
- Maintains the tools and systems that are necessary to meet the needs of clinical and quality leaders throughout the Network.
- Must be able to learn quickly and work independently with minimal instruction.

Behavioral Health Services
SSM Behavioral Health Services is the largest provider of inpatient psychiatric treatment in the St. Louis region, with 235 beds available across four campuses. Crisis intervention services are available on specialty treatment units serving children, adolescents, adults, adults with developmental disabilities, and older adults. POSITION SUMMARY:

The Vice President of Patient Services (CNO) is responsible for the operation of nursing services at SSM St. Joseph Health Center, SSM St. Joseph Health Center - Wentzville and SSM St. Joseph Medical Park. The Vice President (CNO) is accountable for the quality of the patient care provided by inpatient nursing services, ensures the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, programs and services consistent with the mission, philosophy, goals and objectives of SSM Health Care - St. Louis.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Missouri
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) required
- Master's Degree required (if candidate has BSN will consider alternate Master's Degree such as MHA or MBA)
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as a nurse leader in a hospital setting responsible for multiple units / departments required.
